SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION

 

All shipping are F.O.B. New York or California via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, unless otherwise instructed.

A handling charge of 10.00 USD (V) will be added for orders sent via US Postal Service.

Split/drop shipments: Add 6.25 USD (V) for each location plus freight charges including insurance charges on each shipment

 

PACKAGING

 

All products with the exception of writing instruments are packaged in their own individual gift box.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Cancellation of all confirmed orders must be submitted in writing via fax or email.

There is a 25.00 USD (V) cancellation charge plus the cost of all billable work completed.

 

LIABILITY CLAIMS

 

All merchandise becomes the customer's property upon delivery to the carrier. Please take up claims wtih the carrier within 7 days and retain original packaging for inspection by the carrier.

 

WARRANTY

 

All items carry a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of goods for a RMA number. Shipments will be refused if there is no RMA number.

Non imprinted merchandise authorized for return must be in original condition and packaging, and is subjected to 15% restocking fee net of cost.

No credits will be issued for unauthorized returns

All returns must be freight pre-paid.
